Q: How to lose the excess fat from abs/butt/thighs? 

You cannot lose the fat from a specific area. Fat can only be lost from the body as a whole in an order that is predetermined by your genetics. Spot reduction is a myth. What you have to do is to lower the overall body fat percentage in your body by eating clean, doing cardio and strength workouts. 

Doing exercises for a specific body part will tone it up eventually but you won’t get ripped/the muscles won’t show unless the layer of fat over them is gone. Exercises target muscles, not fat. So doing 100 crunches a day will not get you a 6 pack.

 Q: How to stop cravings?

Just brush your teeth whenever you crave something that bad! It really helps, try it!

Q: I want to lift weights but I’m afraid I’ll get bulky… What should I do?

Don’t worry, it’s hard for women to get bulky because the testosterone levels in women are much lower than in men. Plus gaining that much muscle mass won’t happen overnight and it requires a lot of work. Women bodybuilders take steroids to achieve that bulky or manly look.

Q: How can I prevent my boobs shrinking due to weight loss? 

As much as I want to tell you some magical way…there is none.  Breasts consist mainly of fat so the lower your body fat percentage gets, the smaller your boobs will likely get. Genetics play a crucial role in the size of your boobs as well.
