I’m going on holiday soon but I’m not quite bikini ready :(
I’ve been so tired lately, I don’t know if it’s like spring tiredness or just too much stress but I have no energy and I feel sleepy all day even if I had 8+ hours of sleep… So I haven’t worked out for a few days and now I feel kinda bad about it.
Hopefully I’ll get back on track as soon as possible:)

I feel great after doing some yoga today! :)
yesterday I did the P90X Ab Ripper workout and it was badass! I couldn’t do all the repetitions in some of the exercises and the leg climbs were really hard for me.
However you should try it if you want a really intense and fast abs workout:)
I need a running buddy but all my friends are such couch potatoes… ughh
I love my skin after a workout!
One hour abs workout- cardio + strength.
I feel so good now:)
So since my exams are over I have finally enough time to do a proper 60 minute whole body workout!
I’m thinking about the good old Cindy Crawford- Next Challenge Workout. What do you think?
